Want more flavor options? Add a sauce or two to your cake order! Just spoon onto your slice of cut cake and enjoy! The Cakes by Kristi Tasting Team favorites are Vanilla Bean Salted Caramel and Lemon Raspberry! Sauces come in 8 oz potions and serve approximately 8-12 people.

What is Fondant?
Fondant is a heat-stable edible sugar paste made from powdered sugar, gelatin, glucose, glycerin and water, and is used to cover the cake as the final coating on top of the frosting. Fondant is used for aesthetics, smooth finish, and also helps keep the cake fresh by providing a seal that helps to keep the cake moist on the inside. Fondant makes the cake easier to handle, transport, and decorate. Many of the decorations and figurines that Cakes by Kristi makes are made of fondant. When eating and serving the cake, the outside layer of fondant can be cut with the cake and easily removed by anyone who does not wish to eat it. Cakes by Kristi uses Satin Ice Fondant for all orders unless otherwise specified. Satin Ice is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and nut free.
Cakes By Kristi can print any image of your choice (up to 8.5" x 10") and apply it to Cakes, Cookies, or Cupcakes. Cakes by Kristi only uses Icing Images Premium Frosting Sheets which are made of sugar, specially blended and pressed into sheets. Edible Ink is food dye. For all orders, clients MUST put down a deposit of 50% of the total contract price, of which $50.00 is non-refundable. The remainder of the total price shall be due five (5) business days before the Event. If payment has not been received, Cakes by Kristi reserves the right to terminate your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.
